At Aidachikan, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that the items meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

• Original tags, labels and packaging must be intact.

• Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage or alteration may not be eligible for return.

For hygiene reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, subject to applicable law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Aidachickan@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review your request.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, where possible. Depending on the payment provider or bank, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account after processing.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. If an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will provide appropriate assistance in accordance with applicable law.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers may contact us to check whether an alternative size or item is available.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, and the return policy will apply.
